Influence has recently gained outline planning approval for a new residential development located at Loughborough Road, Thringstone, Leicestershire.
On the 21st August 2014, Influence attended the Turf Cutting Ceremony for the Lincolnshire Bomber Command Memorial. We are proud to be associated with such a landmark project, providing services including Landscape Design and a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).
Influence has been appointed to assess the landscape and visual effects of the Bexhill Business Mall development. This follows the approval of planning applications for the North East Bexhill Gateway Road (NEBGR) and Bexhill Enterprise Park, supported by our Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and Landscape Design.
Influence has been appointed by the Royal Southern Yacht Club (RSYC) to provide landscape design for the Prince Philip Yacht Haven, a proposed development on the River Hamble near Southampton.
We recently oversaw the completion of the Lowford Centre, a new community centre and GP surgery in Bursledon, Hampshire. Funded by Eastleigh Borough Council and opened in Spring 2014, the development replaced the previous facilities with a contemporary community centre, library and GP surgery.
In 2014 we were appointed to provide a landscape design concept, soil storage strategy and restoration scheme for a new Anaerobic Digestion Biogas Plant at Icknield Farm, South Oxfordshire.
