    A great day out revisiting Marlborough Square in Coalville! It was brilliant to see how the space has evolved since our initial involvement. Our planters are thriving, and it’s especially rewarding to see the heritage boards now installed - bringing local history to the forefront of this transformed public space 🌿 Previously a car park, the square has been reimagined into a vibrant market and events area buzzing with community life.     Last week, Jake and Issie had the pleasure of attending the Leeds School of Arts End of Year Show 2025 at @leedsbeckett They had a brilliant time chatting to students about their inspiring work, especially Lauren Harrop who discovered Landscape Architecture in her year out with Influence, we are so proud of how far she has come. The End of Year Shows are a highlight of the academic calendar, celebrating the exceptional work produced throughout the year. The exhibition featured work from across different BA (Hons), MA and PhD courses and the talent on display was truly impressive.     Step into Wilder Doddington 🪲🐮 Landscape Manager Isabel Stratton recently attended the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce ‘Step into Wilder Doddington’ event. It comprised of a talk about the project by Isobel Wright, Manager of Wilder Doddington, and the new 'Wetter Better' initiatives which are developing more water bodies on site, and the links between the local community and the project. There was also information about the Lincoln and Witham Landscape Recovery project - a inspiring talk about the future of the landscape surrounding Influence’s base. The event also included a walk in the estate to find ‘keystone species’ cows and pigs that are doing the work that was until 2020, done by large machinery, and looked for signs of Harvest Mice and Dung Beetles.     Naomi's Garden meets the @louthlions 🦁 We are proud to be leading the Big Build project for @naomisgardencharity - a Lincs-based charity providing cognitive and special needs education plus other specialist services to children in Lincolnshire and beyond. Having outgrown previous premises the charity has fundraised hard to purchase a new centre but it needs a lot of work to make it fit for purpose. That is where the Big Build comes in - Influence is bringing together friends and contacts in the industry who can help support this incredible charity and make the new centre a reality. 🙌🏽 Today, the Louth Lions Club were onsite alongside the amazing Sarah at Naomis Garden, @apss_ltd and our MD Sara Boland for a planning meeting.     🚨 Big news announcement 🚨 We are super proud to share that we have invested in new premises in the conservation area in Newark. 🏠 We are now based at the 19th Century The Wheelwrights Building in Navigation Yard, which is next door to our previous office. Having been in this location since the company began in 2010, being able to stay in this historic and inspiring area of Newark meant a great deal to us. Business expansion and team growth have led to the move, following significant appointments over the last 18 months and more planned for later this year - plus we have welcomed new team members across all areas of the business including young people undertaking their training with us. 📈 It’s a hugely exciting time for Influence and our new premises reflect the business and team we are today.
