    Naturally, as a landscape architecture practice we love our landscapes! The team live and travel to some special places so we always enjoy discussing our favourite landscapes. This month the spotlight is on design assistant Inga. ⬇️ Her top spot goes to Nature Discovery Park in Hong Kong, a rooftop urban farm/conservatory in the heart of Hong Kong city. It appeals to Inga as it shows the coexistence of nature and urbanism and is a chance for city dwellers to experience growing and farming close to home. Yesterday, we had a few hours out of the office at the beautiful Easton Walled Gardens near Grantham, for a look around the landscape and to have a picnic and of course cake for Sara's birthday.     A wonderful day yesterday at the CAPs Ladies Day held at the stunning Carriage Halls in Plumtree, Nottingham. Great fun placing bets and raising funds for the incredible @footprints_nottingham which reached over £7,000. A sum that will help the team there deliver its life changing services.     Say hello to design assistant, Jake Haywood 👋🏼 Some of you might recognise Jake as he is an active member of our business development team and if not designing in the office, you might find him attending industry events. Joining us in 2022, Jake had completed his A Levels in Geography, Project Design and Psychology, during which he developed an interest in the environment and design, so decided to pursue a career in landscape architecture.     Day two of @ukreiif may have been wet but it certainly wasn't a washout! Sara Boland had another busy day of meetings and events and heard from inspiring speakers on the challenges and innovations in the property and construction sectors. The highlights were taking shelter from the rain in the Greater Lincolnshire pavilion which was the perfect setting for Sara's meetings, with Stokes Tea & Coffee on tap, and the Team Lincolnshire drinks reception in the evening. The event was full to the brim of people interested in Lincolnshire from places as far as Scotland down to Essex.
