We act for developers, local authorities and community stakeholders, bringing balanced, independent insight to complex planning processes, including appeals and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project (NSIP) examinations.
Our experience spans high-profile schemes such as Botley West Solar Farm, where we represented a Rule 6 party, and the Great North Road NSIP, advising the host authority. We have also supported local authorities on projects including Staythorpe Power Station, alongside community-focused advice on schemes such as Coleby Solar Farm.
