Influence are currently providing landscape planning, landscape design and landscape management services to a private client with a 3,000 acre Estate in the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB.
Our work comprises a Landscape and Visual Sensitivity Assessment of the Estate, a Landscape an Ecological Management Plan and an overarching Landscape Strategy.
These documents serve to demonstrate how an understanding of old data and the gathering of new will show how a better understanding of the assets of the Estate allow proposals for improvements to be put forward for a Landscape Strategy, the basis of which is borne out of the protection and enhancement of a valued landscape.
This will provide a compelling narrative for the appropriate development of specific locations within the landscape context of the Estate while looking at broader themes for management interventions such as improvements to estate paths and woodlands for recreational benefits.
We have also been in consultation with statutory bodies regarding our work.
