Influencing the ‘ Garden of England ’

Having established a good working relationship with Pentland Homes Ltd, we are delighted to see a number of sites nearing completion across England ’s southern counties including the key towns of Ashford, Dover and Folkestone.
Influence’s Southern studio has provided detailed landscape design support from planning through to completion by informing key design decisions, maximising ecological enhancements and delivering Code for Sustainable Homes credits, which together will create a ‘sense of place’ for future residents to call home.
