WE’RE HIRING – LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, CMLI + 1 YEAR
Influence is seeking to appoint a proficient Landscape Architect to fulfil the role of full-time Landscape Architect, based in their growing Nottinghamshire studio. This key member of the team will have particular experience in all aspects of landscape design projects and an understanding of landscape planning. You will have a significant involvement in the delivery of projects, including communication with clients and sub-consultants. Experience in effectively managing projects to meet objectives and have a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project management and overseeing other team members including graduates
- Design and construction drawing production
- Contract administration duties
- Work winning and bid writing
- Client liaison
It will be expected that the candidate will be able to report write and oversee LVIAs, TVIAs & Landscape Management Plans.
Person Profile:
Applicants should have good, proven, all round landscape experience to enable them to work on a variety of projects including design and LVIA.
You will have a degree or post graduate qualification in landscape architecture/design. Chartered membership of The Landscape Institute is essential.
Demonstrate strong technical, design and documentation capabilities with experience across a wide range of project types and all work stages.
Applicants should be creative and well-organised with good written and oral communication skills and experience of managing their own workload with minimal supervision in a proactive and efficient manner.
The successful individual will be dedicated, flexible and happy to assist at all levels of the business and work well in a team.
The position requires an excellent level of written and spoken English. A full driving licence is essential and use of your own vehicle is preferred. A competitive salary will be offered to the selected candidates, commensurate with experience and ability.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign), Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel). Experience in the use of GIS, Sketchup, Keyscape and Vectorworks is desirable but not essential.
