The Bexhill Business Mall update
Here is quick update of what is happening on site since our appointment as Landscape Architects for the Bexhill Business Mall development.
Buckingham Group appointed Influence as the Landscape Architects carrying out stages 4, 5 and 6 of the RIBA plan of works and we are pleased to say that construction is well and truly underway.
This is the 1st development area off of the North East Bexhill Gateway Road (NEBGR). The steel frame is near completion with earth works commencing and handover including external works will be finalised this summer.
The Bexhill Business Mall will feature an open landscape with a combination of oak and elm trees within a native grass setting, and planting is planned to begin in October.
