Ashbourne planning approved

Planning permission granted for the erection of up to 200, 2-3 storey dwellings in Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

We compiled a design and access statement which provided information in support of an outline planning application for the erection of up to 200, 2-3 storey dwellings on land situated off Old Derby Road, Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

We then produced a supplementary landscape and visual assessment, which supported the appellant’s case during the Public Inquiry held in November 2014.

Subsequently the inspector allowed the appeal and granted the planning permission on the 16th December 2014.

We are very pleased with the outcome and hope that work on the development will commence early next year.
