Planning appeal for Equestrian Centre in Derbyshire approved
The planning appeal for an Equestrian Centre Development in Golden Valley, Derbyshire has been approved.
Influence was appointed to produce a Landscape and Visual Appraisal (LVA) to be submitted as part of an appeal for an equestrian centre development, on land adjacent to Coach Road on the edge of Golden Valley, Derbyshire.
The LVA analysed the landscape and visual context of the equestrian centre development, and appraised its key potential landscape and visual impacts within the Green Belt setting.
The inspector allowed the appeal and granted the planning permission on the 22nd December 2014.
