Influence have provided LVIA and Landscape Design Services for the 3 hectares site to Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, working with CPMG Architects in conjunction with West Lindsey District Council.

The proposal site lies adjacent to the main built up area of the settlement and forms part of a larger Green Wedge allocation, under policy LP22 of the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan. The site masterplan has been carefully designed to assimilate into the Green Wedge, placing priority on the retention of the landscape frontage to Gainsborough Road and mitigating the development further with additional landscaping in keeping with the location. The external landscaping scheme will include a 3G football pitch while the Centre itself will host a range of facilities including a fitness studio, exercise studio, four court indoor sports hall, changing facilities and a reception/café.
